decompile swf file - edit text, and some cosmetic changes

hi, client has a website at [login to view URL] the swf is the latest version, however, client lost the fla, and the fla he has is older version. i will provide this older fla. need someone to either update the fla to be the new swf, or decompile the swf and make these changes. i am still trying to contact previous designer to try and get the latest fla file. If I can get it, i will send to you. 1. new text for some pages will be provided as copywriter is editing the text. 2. 1 or 2 menu buttons will be added for more information to be entered into the site. 3. increase the width of the flash to be 35%-50% wider. It is too narrow now and users need to scroll down too much to read. 4. Change the colour of the text and background, as it is hard to read. Client wants something more contrasting. Looking for someone to do this before 30-31st Dec and the lowest quote. thanks
