PDF to display in flash project and be searchable

I got several pdf documents. I need to display them in a android app created with AIR. And have search function available. It'd be ideal to use stagewebview but this only works on AIR on desktop, pdf viewing inside the browser is not supported on new android machines, it will at best download it or open it in a pdf reader program which is not the result we want. It could also be viewed through google docs pdf viewing functions but this disables the ability to search through the pdf. There are multiple pdfs that will run like this in the app and one of them is over 1000 pages and content may need to be updated every now and then. So there is gotta be an automated way to convert the pdf to something that could be used for this purpose or run the pdf with search function if possible.
