Implementing videos on my site in a creative manner

I have full designed sites and there is 2 video which I want to place on my site in a creative manner. The first video is 55 second and it is an actual recording of me talking. It’s done fairly well with a green wall behind and quality audio. The first video is there to introduce the second video. I would love to do it in An Alpha Channel video like [login to view URL] where the user will click after my speech and second movie should be projected. I would like to present it in a way that has a theme of a real movie where there’s an image of a movie projector present the movie. The second video is a 4 minutes flash, if you want to convert it to another format it would be fine with me, or maybe even better. Of course I need all this to be loaded efficiently. You will probably need some regular design skills to adjust a bit of the existing site to make all this possible.
