Facebook Simple App Developer Needed !!

I am looking for a custom facebook gateway marketing application that we can use to promote, stream publish whenever we want and whatever we want. The application must be extremely easy to configure, must communicate with a control panel that we administer so we can tell it what we want it to promote, how long we want it to promote for. The application must be completely viral. Please list in a PM all the different viral options you can include. The application must also last as long as possible, please tell us how your application is different and why it will last longer then the others. The application must be easy to modify its looks and feel. We will be adding in our own content, or our own forms and the application must be able to change templates very easily and quickly.
