Facebook group creation + members

Hi Freelancers, I need 30 groups on facebook distributed into 10 facebook accounts so: first account will have : 4 groups second: 3 3rd: 3 4th: 2 5th: 4 6th: 3 7th: 4 8th: 2 9th: 3 10th: 2 * Each group must have at least 3500 members and less than 5000 members * The types of the groups will be given after I choose the bidder. * Use a legit way, I don't want a facebook account that will be banned after one or two week. * You will have to give me all the user/pass for the facebook and the associated emails.
