Had a windows programmer create tool to automate processes, halfway worked and later found that their are multiple flaws and issues leaving access/excel/word in memory and data/memory leaks connecting to sql server. Want someone to analyze the code to decipher what is taking place and to re-write the code (where applicable) for optimization and good coding standards. Use VS2010 to create this procedure please as I have not yet updated to VS2012.

hello sir, I have an experience of 5+ year in handling windows application based on c sharp or vb. From your project description it looks like there are high chances that developer created lots of object and fogot to close them or destroy them. usuallt .net handle it by itself but in many cases it doesn't handle.
