We have a spreadsheet which has our leads on it.
We manually add in new leads every day and update which adviser took the lead, whether it was sold/not sold and the commission it generated.
It already automatically calculates how many leads are sold.
We need formulas adding to the spreadsheet which which work out:
If an adviser sells the policy it needs to update that advisers stats to reflect the sale and add the commission into their revenue box.
It also needs to update the amount of sales for that adviser.
