We are sending products from our manufacturer directly to a third party for Quality inspection and packaging. We want the ability to get a report back from the third party packing company that will show the total number of units they received. After the products are received the third party will inspect and package the product . We want the reports to show the total number of units that were inspected / total accepted, /total rejected ( number of pcs and percentage)/ number of units in each package/ total aceepted (number of pcs and percentage) total accepted packaged units shipped out / total rejected units / Once the third party fills in the QC report for each shipment they received the form will be sent to us. We also want to be able to calculate number and the percentage of passed units /number and percentage of rejected units as well as notes for corrective action taken ( returned to mfg/ destroyed ect. The QC form need to show us the number of units on order on any given date, date received by third party, date shipped by third party, corrective action for rejected units. We have less that 10 products that will be inspected so this is a small project.
