Part Time Accountant/Bookkeeper

The Bookkeeper reports to the Owner and is responsible for, but not limited to, maintaining the day-to-day accounting functions, accruals, financial statement preparation, and performing general accounting functions, as required. The essential job duties shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Experience • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role preferred. • Minimum 1-2 years of computer experience including MS Office and accounting systems. • Office management experience preferred. • Human resource experience a plus. • Minimum age 21. • Payroll Processing & Filings • Bookkeeping • Account Reconciliation POSITION: - Compensation will be based on experience - Part-time 20 (+/-) hours per week - Some flexibility with days and hours (required on Mondays) - Small, friendly and relaxed office environment - Only positive attitudes need apply -USA Candidate only Thank you for your consideration
