Golf Tie Breaker Excel VBA Code

I run a golf tournament each year and use Excel to add scores and conditional formatting to identify the winners. Unfortunately there are several teams that always tie and it's difficult to quickly determine the tie break using the standard golf method which is: starting with the most difficult hole, compare scores and lowest score wins the tie break. If that hole is tied you move to the second most difficult hole and so on. In the attached example, team 1 and 6 are tied for first but conditional formatting shows them both in second (yellow). You need to compare scores and go to the 3rd most difficult hole before you find that team 1 wins the tie break. I'm looking for a way to automatically compare the tied scores and visually identify the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners and the hole that won the tie break. Keep in mind, there could be many teams tied, not just 2 as in the example file.
