Excel Macro to manipulate table

Requirements for the creation of two Macros Input - Excel file with variant number of columns, can be 100+ columns - One column is "Percent" (location of column is not known) - The excel holds a list of invoices line items, there might be more than a single row per invoice - Each invoice has an ID Macro Requirements - Two Macros are required - The Macro will create a new table instead of the existing one, on the same sheet - For each Vat Percent a column will be created, e.g. if there there are distinct values of 7,19,22 in the Percent column then three new columns will be added "VAT 7%", "VAT 19%", "VAT 22%" - The value of "Total Vat Claim Amount" should be summed (SUM function) - Two Macros are required: -- Macro A - in the first variant there is a single row per invoice, the sums of VAT are accumulated per value in the correct column. e.g. If for ID #223 there are 3 lines, one with Total Vat Claim Amount of 100 and Percent 20, second will Amount 80 and Percent 10 and third with Amount 60 and Percent 20 the Macro will create a new table with two new columns (VAT 10% and VAT 20%) and there will be a single line for the invoice ID where in VAT 20% the value will be 160 (100+60) and in column VAT 10% the value will be 80. -- MACRO B - in Macro B the same columns will be created by there will be a separate line for each invoice per the VAT Percent. e.g. in the case above there will be one row where the value of VAT 10% is set to 80 and VAT 20% is empty and one line where VAT 20% is set to 160 and VAT 10% is empty. Macro should be documented in a way that will enable modifications Delivery time in 3 days. In order to verify the requirements are clear. Before starting development it is expected developer will create two options from the attached Excel that will demonstrate how new Macro will work.
