CSV import to Excel

This project is for importing data info from simple CSV lines to excel. Example of the data file is attached. 1. step In the Example file are measurements made with human body analizator weight/FAT% scale. This DATA should be imported into excel and sorted by the date of the measurement taken. It would be also nice, if the importing process would be able to batch import more *.CSV files into appropriate excel files or sheets within the same excel file in one run. If the same data was already imported the line would not be imported, but it would be skipped. In the excel file will also be present some extra columns, that I will add manually. 2. step The data should then be represented graphically with nice charts. And there should be an option to choose with slider the range of data (from which date to which date) that should be represented in the charts. And also an user friendly click-able option to show only the charts for specific measurements. I might get some other ideas later, but for now please bid for current described project and if we will add additional options not mentioned in the project description we will setup a new project or just negotiate the price for extra options...
