Hi there, I'm a Multilingual support with a high exposure in customer service. I'm well-versed in email, live chat and telephone support that allow me to interfacing with customers in French and English language to provide solutions. I'm attentive to details, eager to learn new processes very fast, hard-worker, well-disciplined, always deliver what i promised, team player and result-oriented worker. I worked as a virtual assistant for E-commerce shop whose role was to manage customers accounts on shopify, assisting customers by providing details regarding their order status, and sorting out issues regarding their parcels. Also i was involved in Facebook and my tasks consisted of emailing, chatting, answering to customers via Facebook, cleaning the posts by deleting negative comments from unhappy customers and also entering data on excel.
