Hi,
I am interested in putting up a 1000 Tonnes per Annum SHG zinc metal production plant. Inputs I want to use is secondaries ( mainly zinc ash, EAF dust etc). I want to use leaching and solvent extraction low cost route . I am looking for someone who can prepare a bankable project report for this.
Basically i am looking for a Techno-Economic Project report wherein following would be major deliverable
1. Design a flow sheet based on Leach-SX-EW route
2. Prepare Project report: i.e land requirement, infrastructure requirement, process description, raw material specs, potential Indian/global suppliers, Equipment details & specs etc
3. Financials Capex, Opex & IRR
(Detail Engineering is not required)
Raw material: Galvanized zinc ash & EAF dust
Capacity required: 1000T per annum SHG Zinc
Location of Project: India
