I would like to discuss about project:
- For LCD, what type you want to use, normal LCD with HDMI/VGA port, or TFT, or USART LCD, or I2C/SPI LCD, LED Segments ?
- For sensors, what type you are using, to i can know communicate protocal,
Speedometer: Usually use hall sensor for four whells, and can use input capture of MCU mode to determine pulse
Odometer: Should be calculated
Tachometer:
Fuel Meter Gauge: What type of car, electrical or petrol, if electric, we should measure voltage and current, if fuel, we should use capacitive sensor
Temperature: Measure analog can process by ADC
Time: Use timmer of MCU or real time IC (like DS series)
- For MCU: PIC, AVR or other...
- Does LCD need touch screen ?
LCD board will include sensor processing, so i would like to make a PCB with all thing, just connect sensor to this board.
I have real experience in design and build E-car, E-truck (700kg - 2 tons), i have designed and build prototype whole a electric-vehicle, from mechanical, chassis, body work, power electrical, electronic, dashboard LCD, charger, battery,.... all PCB in e-vehicle i have designed and built also, contact me and i will show you my skills relate on this project.
I'm a leader, i have team with electronic engineer, mechanical engineer, plastic/painting/simulation expert, i also have workshop for electronic and mechanical, my jobs is build prototye from idea.
