Adding Information to Invoices and Packing Slips and hook into order to get shipping method

Hey Freelancers! The following first task has to be accomplished by tomorrow if possible I'm using Magento 1.9.0.1 and a DHL Easylog extension to export all orders to a shipping program. The problem is, it is just able to export the orders, which were done in Magento. But we have orders from Amazon and Ebay import into the Magento system with M2E Pro, which are not getting into the export list of DHL Easylog. The extension owner told me, just to hook into the sales_order_save_before event when new orders get saved and then assign them to the right Easylog shipping method. So these orders can also get export with the list. It would be really great if someone can accomplish it.
