URGENT drupal project - custom dev needed and very COMPLICATED - HIGH expert DRUPAL only can apply

Hi, This a project for arround $3000 !!! But here you apply only for first step described in bottom This is a very complicated project, if you are not expert and at least 5 years experience, go away ! We are very very strict, project must start TODAY, and EVERYDAY you must work on it, EVERYDAY we must have your progress report If one day we have no news from you and see no progress, we IMMEDIATLY ABORT project !!! First of all, here is what you must do in first step of project (you apply ONLY for this here, depending on you work quality, we will decide if you continue project or not) - we give psd for login and create account pages, you must do HTML and integrate into Drupal - website is RESPONSIVE DESIGN, you must be expert in this - it is NOT easy, you must modify core drupal login and create account, because : 1) login page is based on email and not nickname 2) Create account have lot of fields, including PHOTO upload and progress line of upload We insist, there is the create account page, photo must be uploaded from here and NOT in profile page Thx
