Could you clarify this line "that the chance the usage belongs in some subinterval of [0, 1] is equal to the length of the subinterval". Also, is the answer the project. Or do you other things done. Here is a possible answer: 84,000. Because, the limit is 2 unit and 3 person working. So, 2/3= 0.666. So, unless each person has computer unit of .666 the company will get fined. So, 1-.666=.334 chance the company will be fined every day. So, over 252 the chance is 252*.333334=84 days. About 84 days company will be fined. So, 84000.
