Data conversion of NBA play-by-play data into boxscore stats

I am trying to convert NBA play-by-play data into a boxscore statistics that detail each teams statistics for every quarter played. I am looking for someone to go through play-by-play data from each NBA game from 2002-December of 2005 and turn it into boxscore stats(FGM, FGA, STL, BLK, AST TO, etc.) for each team for every quarter. Someone who is familiar with basketball would be a plus as they will need to understand the play by play data to help convert it properly. Also someone who has some programming or excel experience who might be able to automate this process to make it quicker and more efficient would also be helpful. Possibly by building a scraper or automated tool to parse this data. The excel file I have attached has sample data from a game on November 2,2006. I have created a few fields on lines 150-165 that parse the data but it is not perfect yet, maybe you can help with this. The "FINAL DATA" sheet has all the data split by quarters as I would like it.
