If the candidate decides to give up or leaves the project after a start there will be no compensation, there will not a payment to the hired candidate. This is a security measure since the employer invests resources and thousands of hours and consuming enormous time in training and assistance to the candidate to support the duties of the job every day around the clock. No Milestone will be made at the time we hired a candidate. Only one payment will be made and set on Guru immediate at the time the candidate delivers the full listings done in the way we request.
We reserve the right and not represent an obligation to provide an extra bonus to the hired candidates in recognition of a quality job and excellent communication.
