I am looking for an experienced virtual assistant with a strong administrative and marketing background to assist with my real estate investment business. I wholesale homes, fix/flip and purchaser rental properties. This will start off as a part time position, which will eventually go full time for the right individual. Compensation will include monthly bonuses, based on production. Tasks & responsibilities: -Help build & develop buyer and seller database/Lead generation -Researches and prepares mailing lists (delinquent taxes, vacant properties, distressed sellers/NODs, etc) -Pull comparable sale/CMA reports using MLS and supporting systems -Research property records; ability to cross-reference (tax delinquents, probates, FSBOs, Expireds, preforeclosures, etc) -Lead management -Locate contact (phone #, address, etc) information for property owners -Data entry/Excel, Podio -Maintain /update information & listings on website -Online advertising/Social media marketing (Facebook ads, Youtube, Craigslist, Zillow, other classified sites, etc) -Conduct basic research on assigned topics (mostly real estate/marketing related) -SEO -Document preparation The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, well-organized, honest, have attention to detail, reliable, be able to meet deadlines, and have excellent verbal /written communication skills.

I have worked as Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Broker located in Boston, Massachusetts, Colorado and United Kingdom. - Crosscheck nine auction websites with a list of localities and take down the information for those auctions taking place at least three weeks away - Use a private website to research market history for each property - Use same website to gather/verify owner/address info - Assimilate into an excel or numbers (mac) spreadsheet according to specifications given in the training video - Property research of Expired Listings, Make Me Move, ForSale by Owner, Cash Buyers, RightMove and Zoopla.
