Personal Assistant

This is a full-time position and your personal workstation will be located at his corporate office. The ideal candidate should be comfortable running extensive errands and working with children and pets. Typical duties include (but not limited to): calendar management, booking travel (domestic & international), assisting with personal tasks and projects, running errands to and from the office/CEO's home, packing/unpacking, booking personal and business appointments, maintaining his online accounts and other tasks QUALIFICATIONS: -MUST live within 15 miles of South Bay area [Hermosa/Manhattan Beach] -3+ years of consecutive work experience supporting a high-level businessperson. -Excellent writing and communication skills. -Experience managing extensive travel arrangements and calendaring. -Willing and able to run errands and work extended hours as needed. -Handle personal assignments with discretion. -Must have experience with REWARD accounts. -Processing returns online or in person. -Coordinating and meeting repairmen as needed. -Receipt organization and credit card management. -Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite. We are not an agency. This is a direct hire position with a 90-day probation period. Salary is based on experience and includes benefits after 90 days.
