Multiple user access on access/excel spreadsheet

Hello, I see your requirement then have some suggestions for you. Current spreadsheet can be edited/updated by multiple users, that means it's stored in network location. I tried to set Shared Workbook but it's not allowed, and even you can share workbook, there will be some limited in using. I want to store MS Access in network location, and you can open current Excel Spreadsheet from local PC and connect to MS Access in network. The MS Access will keep the data (database), and MS Excel only read data from database and display it. I will prepare 3 buttons in Excel Spreadsheet so that you can handle the data. 1) Put: set data from MS Excel to database 2) Get All: get latest data from database and set to MS Excel, ignore the modification. 3) Get Update: get updated data from database. There is warning message if user try to close Spreadsheet but forget Put data after modifying it. There will be warning if user want to put or get data. If the modification is not conflicted among users, the data will be updated correctly. If the modification is conflicted among users, the latest putting data will be recorded (or ignored based on your choice). I can do this job with lowest price, and within 3 days include testing.
