Data Entry needed for Dating Website Profiles to be Updated

I have 14000 member profiles that I need loaded to an online dating website. It is a Mysql file from database. There are 14,000 profiles with pictures, and 12,000 without pictures. I need all 26,000 profiles updated. There is a part on the website which says site statistics on the homepage. It has a spot for total male members and total female members. These site statistics on the homepage should indicate that there are 26,000 members. I do not know how to us Sql files. The Mysql file will have to be configured to fit my site. Please remember that it is crucial that the site statistics on the websites homepage also indicate that there are all 26,000 members. Secondly, every one of the 26,000 members should receive a free Gold membership for life. I also need to install paypals subscription payment feature so that when a member signs up they will be signing up for an annual membership that will automatically charge them at the end of the year. It needs to be automated, like I said, it should be an ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION. Payments will be made in two intallments. The first installment will be half of your bid, and you will receive that intallment after the initial 14,000 profiles with pictures are put onto the site. The second payment will be given to you once the final 12,000 profiles without pictures are put onto the site. Thanks.
