The Control Office Data Entry Clerk is responsible for timekeeping, work order control, maintaining databases, Processing of Both Government and Business documents.
Essential Job Functions
With a sound computer knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, the Control Office Clerk will perform the following tasks:
Input daily and weekly time sheets from Facilities,
Run weekly timekeeping summary report. Report discrepancies to Business Development Director
Open, Process and close, print and file work orders
Maintain spreadsheets
Greet and/or direct clients and visitors
Set up teleconferences
Set up board meetings
Liaise with clients and obtain business information as required for processing of documents
Any other general tasks as directed by the department Director
Minimum Qualifications & Training
Knowledge of Immigration Work permit and Permanent Immigration permit would be an asset
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years of experience in data entry
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Customer service attitude and presentable appearance
