Our growth is accelerating rapidly, and we're looking for a data entry administrator to support our administrative team. Candidate will responsible for, but not limited to, data entry, filing, document control, preparation of office duties. This is a perfect opportunity for an administrative student or graduate with an interest in startups to jump on board and show us what they can do.! Hurry.. Key duties and responsibilities: Day-to-day office support - Reception duties and answering phone and emails inquiries Provide administrative support to the management team, as well as when needed Develop and maintain relationships with all office staff and visitors Be responsible for office hard and soft copy filing systems Purchase Order creations payment validations and claims Manage and update lists, registers and databases Other general adhoc admin duties as required The successful candidate will have: A strong knowledge of office procedures and practices incredible attention to detail Excellent both written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft : PowerPoint, Access, Word, Excel and Outlook A can-do attitude & win the ability to be a quick, flexible learner Proven organizational and time management skills Ability to work with minimum supervision Strong ethics & exceptional integrity Should this excellent opportunity interest you, please submit your resume and cover letter including salary expectations.
