Retrieve data about municipalities in The Netherlands and Belgium + find relevant contacts.

I'm launching a new service which I want to send to relevant contacts in municipalities and local organizations, so I need some research done. I have a list of 32 municipalities (26 in The Netherlands and 6 in Belgium), and for each one I want 5 contacts (name, title and email/url). The contacts can be from the municipality (at least one contact from the municipality), from a governmental organization, an NGO or the private sector, but they need to be connected to that municipality (local) and HAVE TO BE RELEVANT to one of these fields: 1. Education 2. Tourism 3. Culture 4. Local Heritage 5. ICT (municipality only) 6. Procurement (municipality only) In addition to that, for each municipality I need to know: 1. The number of Schools 2. The number of Museums 3. The number of Colleges/Universities 4. The number of Research Centers (especially educational research) 5.
