Internet Research – list of short term housing providers' emails

This project is for collecting and capturing email addresses for vacation rental owners and apartment communities that provide short term leases (3 months or less) and furnished units. Attached is a template (email, website, contact name – if possible). Most important is to collect email addresses. Email addresses for vacation rental owners can be found on hundreds of sites on the web (even [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL]) and email addresses for apartment communities that offer short-term leases or furnished units can be collected from websites such as [login to view URL] (NOT [login to view URL] though- which is a tab within [login to view URL]), [login to view URL], Apartments.com. Make sure that the apartment community provides "Short-term Lease" and "Furnished Units Available" in their amenities list. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND WHAT "SHORT TERM HOUSING" MEANS. I will only pay for entries that meet these criteria. I pay 10 US cents for each entry if email address is provided only. I pay 15 US cents for each entry if email address, website, and contact person is provided as well. The payment is depending on the # of emails provided (only those that meet the specified criteria - short term, furnised apt community and any vacation rentals). I expect at least 1000 email addresses from the United States. I will need you to provide 2 samples for vacation rental owners AND apartment communities that provide short term leases or furnished units in order to take your bid seriously. Also, please include the code in the attached spreadsheet in your bid, or else it will not be considered.
