Hello, your budget is unnecessary high for this. I already wrote formulas for this, with some listboxes for choice (type of work). You can check my past projects and reviews for your reference. If you're interested, my real bid for this would be ~50$. We can discuss it further, if (for some reason) we (all bidders) have misunderstand something, but from what I've seen, all can be done easily so budget is to high. On output sheet I would like to place list box for work type selection, you'll then manually insert date for search (or with * for whole month), and formulas would count numbers for specific time... Hi, 1) There are TOTAL "1137" reports. So, If we take this example sheet - program will be able to generate "1137" reports. 2)User can configure the Start Row and End Row to generate reports. For ex. START_ROW:100 TO END_ROW: 250, will generate the reports starts from ROW 101 to 251(ADDED ONE BECAUSE OF HEADER). DOUBTS: 1) You Mentioned: I need to generate a report from the Sample Data that sets out the sum of the characters by day within 4 different time periods 0000 - 0600, 0600 - 1200, 1200 - 1800 and 1800 - 0000 by work type. What do you mean by the above mentioned lines. Do you want to generate REPORT in 4 time intervals automatically ? 2)What naming convention will be used for the generated report ? 3) Do you have Report Template or do I need to design ? Hello, I can do this for you with a macro VBA, but I assume that you'll have a different Sample Data file generated each time and that's why I think it's better to create a small application that will generate Sample Output from the sample data file that you'll select.
