We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Surveyor with RICS qualification to provide professional services to local authority clients.
A proven track record of delivering similar services is essential and must be able to reference all services contained within the brief. We will collaborate to establish an advance notice call-out protocol or enter into a mutually agreeable arrangement for varying property types, such as two-storey residences predominantly. Surveys will be carried out in the North of London areas only - the number of properties surveyor is required for are in the 1000’s.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality professional services to local authority clients in accordance with RICS standards and guidelines.
Conduct property valuations, surveys, and inspections, and prepare reports for clients.
Advise clients on property-related matters, including but not limited to acquisition, disposal, leasing, and development.
Collaborate with other professionals, such as architects, engineers, and legal advisers, to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
RICS qualification is a must.
Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering similar services to local authority clients.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality work within strict deadlines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
