Large EVE-Online support site needs CSS work

Hi there. We're a large EVE-Online community and player support site. We're in need of an awesome CSS / jQuery / HTML guru to re-work high-traffic portions of the site. Here's what we're talking about: 1. The global CSS needs to be updated to improve the site's header, shrink the footer to one line, update the main navigation bar and the table headers. 2. Tie the new CSS to the SMF forum which is heavily integrated. 3. Using our mock-ups, code the CSS and integrate jQuery elements for approximately 20 unique pages. Our developer will then add the data. 4. Make final adjustments to the CSS based on how the data integrates into the page, and woo hoo we're done! Once we select a freelancer, we'll go under NDA then we'll send you the mockups. We'll then have a skype or google chat to work out details, and provide access to a sandbox version of the site. We cannot provide a local copy. We're looking forward to seeing your portfolio. Bonus points if you play MMOs, and strong consideration will be given to those who've actually played EVE Online.
