Modify existing CSS HTML template layout

I need a small job done to modify an existing CSS HTML template layout. The existing Dreamweaver template has a basic 3 column CSS layout with a header and footer in Divs. Two variations of the template are to be created. One will remain a three column layout. One will be a two column layout with the right hand column div deleted. Three HTML pages need to be created using the modified templates. CSS to be used to create the content layout in the main content div. The HTML pages can use one of each size game graphic and duplicate it and its title text to create layout and position of content rows to cut the build time for you. I have used multiple game images and game name text just to show what the live page must look like. Please look at the graphic of the existing home page and the 3 mockup graphics. The briefing document gives a detailed description of what you can see in the mockup graphics and what is required Please include the words READ and UNDERSTAND in your reply.
