unfinished rental program

PROPERTY RENTAL PROGRAM: I have had another coder start writing a program for me in C++ and Qt and it is very nearly finished but the chap has now not got the time to finish it ! The program is 90% finished .... with what he has done althrough I do want a few extra bits put in / taken out ! The code is very clean and very well documented, so anybody who knows C++ and Qt would be able to do it in no time. I have the source code for the program. What I am looking for is some to finish it off. _____________________________________________________________________________________ There are a few small changes as well as a few new feathers I want put in can you do these ? Allow for (£) statements printing / transaction history from each property. (payment dates etc) 2. Add a text box to add notes about a property or tenants 3. Add the feature to backup / restore data. 4. Add the feature to insert a header / footer logo on the statement printing pages. 5. When printing a statement … have a box, which will allow me to add text to the statement. 6. Allow me to send out invoices from each property. 7. Allow me scan in the signed tenancy agreements and store / print them within the program under each different property ! 8. Allow to print statements / income from each or all properties.
