Proofread and make press ready book

I have a business book that requires proofreading (and maybe some slight editing). I also need it to be in press ready format for both ebook and hard copy formats. The book is 190 pages long, double spaced, with some 10 light graphics and pictures. It is a humorous book, so someone with a sense of humor would be appreciated.
