Linkbuilder with or without experience

I'm looking for someone who can do linkbuilding to some of my sites. I'm not looking for someone who can get a great number of links. I am looking for natural linkbuilding. You need to be able to write perfect english. I will pay by the hour. I will rate the work by looking at the links created, not by the improvement of rankings. You do not have to be an experienced linkbuilder. I will tell you exactly what I want and what I don't want. The links you create will come from the following sources. All natural and no forced links in placed where they don't fit in. Forums, blogs, websites (I have other websites where you can offer links to get links), Social media (No mass linking on bookmarking sites) If you are interested. Bid your hourly rate. Tell me what you expect of results per hour. Tell me how you will do the job, and tell me if you have other ideas you think should be used as method.
