Content Management

I need some FAST turnaround. I need someone to take some programming that was started in PHP for a content management page on my webpage and rework it so it's clean and without bugs. I need to redesign the page a bit so I need someone to make the content managed area be just part of the page (one of the tables) so that when I change parts of the rest of the page (artwork, etc) it won't mess up any programming that you did. I NEED SOMEONE THAT CAN COMPLETE IT THIS WEEK!! The programming is already done it just needs to be cleaned up and reworked into a differently designed page. Do not respond if you're new to this type of programming and just need a few bucks because I'm looking for fast QUALITY work that will definitely lead to more and more work.
