AFT requires a freelancer with Genesys Pure Connect development Background.
The freelancer has to deliver the following tasks:
Task 1: Callback Logic
Build 4 new handlers
Query IVR Queues and check if customer has callback request waiting
Query Workgroup Queues and check if customer has callback request waiting
Query database and get total number of interactions when customer calls and store it on custo Remove any callback on the queue if customer call again
Modify system handlers
Run the callback logic when call disconnect ([login to view URL])
Modify report logging in order to store callback details on the database
Build new report with 2 sub reports and import it on the IC business manager Main report show callback interaction details by Workgroup & Caller Number
Sub-report 1: shows caller inbound calls details for the same period of the main report Sub-report 2: shows outbound calls of the callback and if calls transferred or not with the destination number
Task2: HIS Integration
Creating Interaction Connection Add-in & Configure it on IIS Server Configure Queue watch and pull interaction details
Change Add-in Desgin & Add HIS fields
Testing web service & Creating testing script
Scripting main script & Search function & link add-in with user queue
