Rotate browser window in ipad / iphone

We need to create a browser or application that could rotate / change orientation of its window on ipad / iphone. So you press a button and horizontal orientation changes to vertical and back. We need need back, forward, refresh, rotate buttons. We will use this browser to test websites in vertical and horizontal device orientations without physically turning the device. This should probably install from Cydia Our coders test websites remotely and cannot rotate devices (when websites are rendered by browsers) physically. This is why we need to give them this ability to rotate devices "virtually"
