CALL CENTER SERVICES NEEDED - Predictive Dialing

I need a call center that is willing to work with me. MUS T HAVE 3 PLUS AGENTS. I have a script and I will be giving you the leads that you can dial out. You will be paid once I get paid ( once the loan closes - the first payment period will take ~30 days and you will be paid every 30 days after that.) but I will be giving you a PERCENTAGE OF THE DEAL rather than a fixed small amount per live transfer. This promotes long-term relationships and puts the most money back into your pocket, MORE THAN ANY TELEMARKETING POSITION!      REQUIREMENTS ( IF YOU CAN NOT PROVIDE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME):    YOUR OWN VICI DIAL or other CALL CENTER SOFTWARE (PREDICTIVE)  Customer Service Experience  Ability to read and write English  ability to set appointments if clients are busy    *I WILL PROVIDE LEADS*    MUST WORK THESE HOURS:  MONDAY - FRIDAY 11:00AM - 7:00PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME (with no transfers from 2:00PM - 3:00PM EST)  Saturday Closed Sunday Closed    PAY EXAMPLE ( .002 is not finalized number and will increase per volume amount)  LETS say you make 3-400 calls a day - you may only transfer $100,000 in volume per day.    But that’s ok! Say you work 20 days a month. That equals $2,000,000 in loan volume. It takes me about a month to close each one. not all will close, but most do.    YOUR PAY: $2,000,000 in loan volume X .002 (starting pay) = $4,000 USD a month or $48,000 per year!
