Topaz Signature Pad Interface

I want to develop a library in C# or VB.NET (.NET Framework 4.0), to be access by external application. Library should offer options to initialize signature pad, show idle screen, capture signature with agreement and finally close connection. Initialization and close connection part is something where it should take care of any default activity related to application start and end. Show idle screen feature should allow external application to make decision what they want to show on pad screen while it is not in use. In this case we need to provide option to display logo / picture as well. Capture signature with agreement process should allow external application to provide string array where each array element is one step / page, each step should have option to say "I Agree" or "Confirm" or "Signature Initial" with Back and on final page it should ask for signature and return signature & initial in images format to external application.
