Building A Pigeon Loft Organiser.

I am looking for a coder to help make a program simular to the ones below. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I had a programer helping me on here with this project but they seem to have deleted there account and ran. * i have some of that source code to contuine from* Download Link: [login to view URL] I suggest that you download the program from the above link, and check out how the program works and functions so that you know what sort of program im looking to make, i would like mine to be more advanced. in the program you can store racing pigeons data, race results, medication, ect ect Program has been started in visual studio 2019. ( source code above ) i need someone to contuine this program and actually finish it as this is my 3rd attempt now. This will be an on going program that will need updates over time. i have uploaded thesource code i have made so far, so you can dowload it and have a look at it. would need to understand my task in hand and understand english so that we can communicate properly. Milstones will be set At £40 a task, and wil be released once the task is completed and i have tested it to make sure it working correctly and the way i want and after i have been given the new source code.
