Hi, I will suggest you to develop 2 applications with a SQL server Database. The first application is a windows service or windows application. The purpose of this application will extract analytical data from given links and save into SQL server database. This service will run on polling intervals set in the setting file. The service will log each action issue/error in a log file. Log file path will be also set in the setting file. We can send email to admin if any critical error occurs during extraction of analytical data. The 2nd application will be web application.
