329962 Customer Management System

Hi, i would like to develop a customer management system for my client. Requirements as follows: 1) System must be able to track prospect. Authorised users will login to the portal and input necessary information of their prospect. System will allows them to input short notes such as when is the last follow-up etc. System will have a alert function to email users on the day of follow-up. 2) Prospect can require for quotation. System must be able to allow user to prepare quotation. A portion of data such as prospect address, company name and contact person details will be brought over from prospect details to quotation. User will select from a list of available item and prepares the quotation. Note: Available item is prepared by administrator of the system and users of the system will only able to select the item or give discount to item. For all quotation created, user will also be able to leave short notes and when to follow-up with customer etc. Customer can request for revision of quotation hence system must be able to produce a revised quotation and save accordingly. 3) After customer accepted quotation, system must allow user to convert quotation to invoice. Invoice is required in PDF documents and changes can be made (reflected in yellow). As our business requires use to bill customer yearly, system must be able to prompt and regenerate invoice for our convenience. After invoice print, record row will be reflected in blue. For existing customer record, system must allow user to input invoice manually 4) There are 2 types of user namely administrator and user. Administrator can allocate module rights to users accordingly. 5) System required to be in web-based and developed in ASP.NET 3.0 with MS SQL Server 2000. I will need all source code and meaningful documentation in the codes.
