Need someone who can do both GRAPHICS & PROGRAMMING CODE.
I need someone who is very experienced in coding for iOS to create a feature rich, nice looking, mobile app.
Description of App: photo frame app
-be able to use existing photos or new ones
-create 27 adjustable frames
-varied colour pallet for frame colours
-adjustable border thickness
-zoom, pan, adjust images
-high resolution or low resolution image output option
-share on facebook, twitter, tumblr or save in camera roll
-email to friends,family
-app must support iphone and ipad
-Implement Adwhirl SDK
-Implement Chartboost/RevMob SDK
-Implement Flurry SDK

-Nag screen - check a URL at load (without locking UI) and display nag notice based on parameters in url. I need to be able to turn on/off this nag message as well as edit the text in the message without having to edit app code. An example is here [url removed, login to view]
-Implement Push Notifications
-Have a “More” tab which is linked to backend server. This will display a list of apps that user can download from app store. I need to be able to edit this list of apps without changing app code. This will be linked to backend server. Example of “More” screen is here [url removed, login to view]
This needs to be a job that can be completed quickly.

Requirements:
-Someone who can not only program but can also do the UI design
-Someone who has at least 300 hours on Freelancer
-Someone who has a 5 star rating
-Someone who takes pride in their work and makes polished looking products.
-Someone who speaks English VERY well
- Someone who can explain technical jargon in plain english
- References - will like to see examples of previous work and speak
- Be willing to use Skype for interview
