Write a script to generate winning combinations for a game

I need a script to generate several arrays from a predefined set of values. There are 12 sets of values that must be randomly generated. The generated string must meet several criteria in order to be valid. Details: we have a default set of values example: (1, 2, ...., 10) with these values you must generate 12 sets of random combinations using the previous values. example: (1,1,4), (4,6,8)...(6,8,10) after the 12 sets are generated you have to make sure that by placing all 12 sets in any order, the validation criteria is meet (1)(4)...(6) one possible combination (1)(6)...(8) (4)(8)...(10) criteria: you can't have 3 same values in 3 consecutive sets on first line, second line, third line, or diagonal; I will provide more info for the bidders
