I need a business plan written for the purpose of seeking an operating partner in Chile to invest in my company and be an operating partner in Chile. We are located here in the US, we formed a Chile company, and several Chile companies have expressed interest in the product and its potential. Our company has exclusive distribution rights for Chile for the product. We are going to seek a local partner who can invest in the company and its expansion and in return be given a share of the company and become an operating partner in Chile. We will be using this business plan to seek Request for Proposals "RFP's" from potential large local companies that we feel would be a good match for partnership.
Very important, its worth an extra $75.00 if it's given to us in English and Spanish as we will need to present this business plan to Spanish speaking business owners in Chile. If the best Freelancer cant do this, that's okay we will spend the $75.00 to have the document prepared in spanish from the English version.
Any experience with preparing the research for Chile or south America is preferred, as well as lots of business plan writing experience. We need the full normal business plan with unlimited revisions until we are satisfied with the final product so we can present to Chile companies. Time is important so the quicker this project can be finished the more likely you are to get the project awarded to you or your firm. We expect this business plan to be prepared with all the standard elements of a business plan. We will run this by a third party to make sure all element are present before signing off on it and making the final payment.
