People tend to attain a higher level through outsourcing, but in many cases, they end up with negative experiences. I have an answer to that. It is because they tend to be biased. It's quite usual. I'll obviously give preference to someone who seems to come from a developed country assuming that they have more expertise and skill as they are developed.
Tell me one thing - why is Asia leading in the outsourcing world? Why Bangladeshis are on top of the outsourcing industry? The answer is simple - Performance. We, Bangladeshis, performed at the highest level possible in this very industry and as a result, we wear the crown.
Now my question is to you. Do you still want to be biased, or do you actually want to select someone who can perform and give what you need, what you deserve, what you are actually here for? The answer lies in your selection.
I performed many tasks in my outsourcing career. Starting from writing to website design, blogging, virtual assistance etc. What gave me the most pleasure is performing a task according to a buyer's need. People can do things, but how many can do the way you want? I know what to give you, because I understand what you want. Below are some of my skills and described why I'm good at them:
**Academic Qualification:
I'm currently studying Bachelor of Business Administration. I'm majoring in Marketing and minoring in Accounting. As a result, I know how to perform the following tasks:
* Business Plan writing
* Accounting, Book Keeping
* Presentation preparing (with powerpoint etc.)
* Assignments
* Financial/Business/Economic writings
* Writing and implementing marketing plans
* Branding (Both organizational and personal)
** Extra Curricular Qualifications:
We all look forward to enhancing our extra curricular qualifications in university life. I'm no different either. However, my selection of the activities were slightly different. Here are some of them:
* Website design with HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Dreamweaver
* Some PHP and MySql skills. I can solve pretty much all basic problems
* Very good knowledge and experience regarding Wordpress
* Microsoft Office Package
* Have experience with thousands of softwares. Don't know how, but I have!
* Expertise with website developing, hosting and maintaining.
** Extra Ordinary Qualifications:
Here are some of the qualifications that you look for an employee, but hardly find. I can guarantee you with these qualifications. Have a look at them:
* Punctuality. Two words - NO COMPROMISE
* I have the capability to turn everything around, from small to huge things.
* Even though I'm in my university life, I'm available whenever a client needs me.
* Available in every instant messengers (gtalk, yahoo, live, skype etc. you name it) possible
* With all these qualifications combined, I have a 4 year long freelancing experience. My most favorite ones are Virtual Assistance, Website Design and Business plans.
I've stated my qualifications, skills and experiences. Did you like it? Then why go for someone who'll make you like biased? Rather, you can choose someone who can actually perform in every possible circumstances. The choice is yours, make one of the best ones you've made in your life.
Cheers!
