Hi Mate, As per your description, Tableau is the best software for you. you can restrict unauthorised user and authorised user as well. There are many restrictions available such read-only, can download the report, can download underlying data to excel , can edit, etc. so you can restrict individual users as well. Also, Tableau is a really great visualization tool with easy to use and allow cross filters for different data sources. It will be really interactive with tooltip and hover over functions. I can show you a few dashboards created using tableau for its functionality privately via Teamviewer to skype.
