Business Development Opportunities - Overseas Property

First Select Property Limited is an overseas property marketing & sales venture operating on the Internet with several web sites. We are currently looking for self-employed individuals based in the UK and working from home to help us expand the business. Primarily we are interested in hearing from motivated people with a professional attitude to help us establish relationships with real estate agents in Europe and North America. The aim will be to find real estate agents who would like to advertise their property listings on one or more of our web sites. We offer both paid and free advertising space on the sites. Where advertising space is free we agree to receive a percentage of the commission generated from sales to our clients. Responsibilities:- - finding & establishing contact with real estate agents in specific countries - adding property listings (manually) to our property database where required - this takes approx 2-3 minutes per property, but sometimes the real estate agents may wish to do this themselves. - removing sold properties from the database on a regular basis - forwarding sales inquiries to the relevant real estate agent (optional) - maintaining regular contact with the real estate agent to insure that client inquiries are being handled efficiently (optional) Skills - Computer skills (a fast Internet connection is a must) - French/Italian/German language skills an advantage These are commission only opportunities. We are prepared to offer between 15% and 20% of what we receive as payment from the real estate agents.
