I would like to add a large back patio cover and possible extend the outside wall by the breakfast nook during the process. I am struggling with a few things, and would like some creative ideas and possible some blue prints of the design. I am including some rough drawings of the before look and what I am proposing as an 'after look.' I have included some notes on the drawings. I'd like a quote for a design, with options to make changes until it meets my needs. I can provide structural drawings the builder gave me, but I don't think they are official blue prints. They are much more accurate than what I drew. (NOTE: mine are as accurate as I could make them. most measurements are pretty close). What I'm willing to pay would depend on how official the plans are. From High Level conceptual, to official blue prints would be a pretty big difference I would assume. I'm willing to discuss, as I have never requested a quote for something like this before. I included two images of a patio I like. They can be used for inspiration.

My advice would be to start out with helpful info for the valuable drawing No fluff. just a couple of really valuable design that offer good info without asking for anything in return. then you can transition over to talking about the consult on day 3. and try to close it a bit harder on the last couple of days.
